Play, Make, Create

This week for Play make Create the topic was. CAMP. I and Chrysler did a campground. We used the hot glue gun but the glue sticks ran out so we had to find another way to stick all the things on. It was really weird to just have a one-word topic and

create something to do with that one word. 

Maths mystery

 

This morning we did a maths mystery. On the first question, I and Chrysler mucked it up and put plastic instead of metal. I thought that it was a little bit easy and a little bit hard. 

Play, Make and Create

Today we did Play, Make,  Create.  Our story that it was based on was. Giraffes can't dance. I did a watercolour painting, with the moon in the background and the giraffe in the moon. I blended all different blues together to make it look a little prettier. My favourite part was drawing the giraffe because it was really challenging to do. I think it is a super over because I blended all different blues together.

 

GRUFFALO!!!!! Play,Make,Create.

This is what I did for my Gruffalo, Play, Make and Create. I did a map. I was going to do his house but then last week I did that for the hungry caterpillar. I started to rule the path and then I added a little drawing of where the little mouse went to. I put sellotape on the lake and the stream to make it feel rough and make it look realistic. I put the Gruffalo in every picture. In the end, it looked kinda plain so I put some dirt on the path way. I think its a SUPERNOVA! 
 

Week 5, Term 1, 2021

 Monday was our school Swimming Sports. On the day I think I did 1 length freestyle 1 length breaststroke and 1 length backstroke. I think I did good and will be better next year.

We had two art sessions this week and I have managed to do 4 strips of material and paper. I wasn't here to do the last one we did. I have done eagle eyes for my art. I am doing art with Miss Mac.

In reading this week we have been introduced to a book called Gorges Marvellous Medicine. It is a really good book. We are reading it Fred the moth (the best homeroom ever).

Part of our maths programme is NumBots and I think I am doing good because I am up chrome. It started off how many cogs and that was really easy but now it is getting harder. My goal is to be able to do more challenges.
